He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Sr. Johnston and Hazel Johnston (Goddard); and his brother Marlin Johnston Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Goslar; his wife Sue Johnston of Denison; his sons, Jeff Johnston (Jessica) of Clive and Ryan Johnston of Denison; his grandchildren, Colin, Avery and Lucas Johnston; his brother Dean Johnston (Jodi) of Denison; his siblings-in-law, Byron Goslar (Rhonda) of Lake View, Dwight Goslar (Letha) of Ute, Richard Goslar (Kathy) of Charter Oak, Bernie Goslar (Michelle Thomas) of Ute and Gregg Goslar (Leslie) of Mapleton; and his pet Nicky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
