He is survived by: his children, Sandon Slater (Hollie) of Glenwood and Haylee Hinrichs (Brandon) of Ida Grove, IA; his grandchildren, Noah, Alicyn, Layton and Dawson; and his siblings, Cheryl Upton (Roger) of Manilla, IA, Sandy Schiltz of Denison, IA and Kenneth Slater of Denison, IA.
