It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne L. Milow (Denison, Iowa), born in Red Oak, Iowa, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Milow and Alberta Milow (Halbert); his former wife Barbara Ann Whitehead of Creston, Iowa.; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Viola Milow of Denison; his children, Mike Milow (Kay) of Omaha, Lori (Darrell Garrett) of Homer and Brad Milow (Carla) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado; and his stepchildren, George Janssen (Karen) of Denison, Lana (Dennis Wellsandt) of Ankeny, Curtis Janssen (Debbie) of Manning and Ruth Ann (Gary Crecelius) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
