He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herb, Irene Stolz Swanson, Henry and Gladys Hardy Reis; his father Vernon Reis; his sister Kathleen Hawes (Clay); his brother-in-law Kevin Nulle; his aunts and uncles, Leonard, Merlin, Gale Reis, Beulah Crane, Leoda Blunk, Richard, Gene, Darrell and Jerry; and his cousins, Wanda, Becky, David, Cheryl and Katherine.
He is survived by: his mother Darlene Swanson Reis of Denison; his children, Kayla Nichole of Sioux City, Tyler James and Brady Evan Reis (Hospers); his siblings, Kevin Reis, Kelly Reis (Lori Wheeler), Kim Nulle, Ida Grove and Kristie Fredrichs (Brad) of Plattsmouth, NE; his aunts, Judy Brodersen, Patricia Getty of Alpharetta, GA, Corrine Bogart (Rick) and Omaha; and his uncle Gail Swanson (Dianne McClean). He is also survived by son cousins and many Reis cousins; and many nieces, nephews, and, friends.
