She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Standley and Hazel Standley (Carson); her husband Ray Bruns; her son Jamie Richardson; and her siblings, Mary Louise Greenwood and Bob Standley.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Richardson (Mary Joyce) of Denison and Shelly Rose (Johnny) of Dow City; her daughter-in-law Shala Richardson of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Christopher "Beef" Richardson (Mary), Keshia Richardson (Seth Silveri), Shelbe Richardson, Alysia Juhl (Matt), Genna Tucker (Jess Paulsen), Aaron Swenson, Addam Schimmer (Sarah), Amanda Jungman, Joshua Rose (Kymberlee) and Jonah Rose (Janae); and her brother Clyde Standley of California. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
