She was predeceased by: her parents, Jurgen Petersen and Alice Petersen (Mesenbrink); her husband Willis A. Carstenson; her sisters, Mildred Rusch, Darlene Justice and Ruby Ann Beerman; and her brothers-in-law, Glenn Beermann, Russel Justice and Elmer Rusch.
She is survived by: her close friend Kris Rowedder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
