It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Mulligan (Denison, Iowa), who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Mulligan and Edith Ilene McKnabb Mulligan; and his former wife Peggy Rickabaugh. He is survived by: his wife Block; his sons, John C. (J. C.) and Nathan Mulligan; and his sisters-in-law, Connie, Sandra (Doug) and Shelli (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as many friends.
