She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Schwitzer and Marie Schwitzer (Bartels); her husband Jack Simpson; her children, Vicki and John; and her brothers-in-law, Delmar Ellis and John Weresh.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Simpson (Mary Kay), Greg Simpson of Salinas, KS and Deborah Haase (Doug) of Denison, IA; her sisters, Jean Ellis of Denison, IA and Mary Weresh of Atlantic, IA; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Kristin, Emily, Brandy, Wade, Colby, Emma and Jack. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; many other extended family members and friends.
