He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Vaughn and Dorathy Marie Vaughn (Haines); his siblings, Bill, Bob, Harry, Eugene, Floyd, Thomas, Spencer, Larry and Marcella; and his siblings-in-law, Annie Vaughn, Gloria Vaughn, Pat Vaughn, Ed Zeman, Frank Zeman, Marie Turnwall, Larry Zeman and Lucille Brady.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" A. Zeman; his children, Marcella (Dan), LaDonna, Rhonda (Kevin) and Luke (Lisa); his grandchildren, Thomas Gordon, Danielle Newton, Brent Gordon, Jacob Blevins, Austin Richardson, Jordan Richardson, Breana Richardson, Andrew Gordon, Derek Booth and Cecilia Martin; and his siblings, Philip Vaughn (Rita), Douglas Vaughn (Connie Mulligan) and Sheila Schulte (Butch).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (102 Morris St, Vail, IA 51465). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
