Ethel Mae Bockelmann Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2022, at the age of 98, Ethel Mae Bockelmann (Denison, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter John and Alete Laumbach (Rye); her husband William "Pete" D. Bockelmann Jr.; her brother Lyle Laumbach; her great grandchild Daryl Zobel; her children, Chrystal Zobel (Allen) of Audubon, Eugene Bockelmann (Linda) of Fort Dodge, Richard Bockelmann (Cheryl) of Denison and Mark Bockelmann of Denison; and her grandchildren, Teri Olson (Dan) of Des Moines, Andrew Zobel (Melinda) of Bronson and Alicia Beckendorf (Christian). She was also cherished by nineteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
