She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Kroll and Marjorie Kroll (Samuelson); her brother Tim Kroll; and her nephew Adam Kroll. She is survived by: her former husband Neil Lembke; her husband Anthony Lewis of Denison, Iowa; her children, Phillip Lembke of Dow City, Iowa, Carissa Summerfield of Dow City, Iowa, Darcie (Robert Boll) of Dow City, Iowa and Brian Lembke of Dow City, Iowa; and her siblings, Judy (Chuck Gorden), Becky Kroll and Terry Kroll (Suzette) of Dow City. She is also survived by five grandchildren; twin great grandsons.
