He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Hast and Katherine Hast (Didier); and his siblings, Robert Hast and Joyce Blizzard. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his sons, Michael (Maggie), Timothy (Cheryl), Jeffrey (Diane) and Scott (Kathy); and his sister Dorothy Hanks.
