She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskell Smith and Laura Smith (Wise); and her brother Glen Allen. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Freese of Schleswig, Iowa; and her son Bruce Atkinson of Ladora, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous siblings; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
