She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Jr. Haynes; her brother Timothy Haynes; and her grandparents, Arthur, Emma Jane Haynes (Hollingsworth), Lawrence and Maybell Scott (Shepperson).
She is survived by: her mother Sharen Haynes (Scott) of Onawa, Iowa; her sons, Dustin Haynes of Onawa and Dylan Fouts of Onawa, Iowa; her grandsons, Noah Haynes of Onawa and Zthan Gaulazzi of Onawa, Iowa; her sister Jolene Martindale (Tim Madsen) of Turin, Iowa; her nieces and nephews, Krista Bouslaugh (Brian Langel) of Le Mars, Ashley Haynes of Onawa, Iowa, Brad Bouslaugh (Erin) of Ankeny and Bryan Bouslaugh (Heather) of Soldier, Iowa; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rayen Langel, Lenex Langel, Brycen Bouslaugh, Madison Haynes, Makayla Haynes, Clara Bouslaugh and Ava Bouslaugh. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
