Charlotte J. Carstens Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2024, at the age of 84, Charlotte J. Carstens (Denison, Iowa), born in Audubon, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Potter and Gladys Potter (Henriksen); and her sister Sandra McCutcheon. She is survived by: her husband Bartlett Neal Carstens of Denison; her daughters, Cristi Hidding (David) of Denison, Cindi Staley (Jim) of Sioux City and Chari Ueding (Terry) of Lyons, NE; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Kara, Jamie, Christopher, Ashley, Emily and Abby; and her brother Russ Potter (Cheryl). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
One of Charlotte's final wishes was to donate her body to science at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha—a testament to her enduring spirit of generosity.
