It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alverdo Sando (Denison, Iowa), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Sando and Amanda Sando; his wife Nila; his daughter Brenda Jean; his brothers, Merton, Delmar and Orllo; and also Urma.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Skarin (Doug) of Omaha, NE, Todd Sando of Denison, IA, Peggy Severson (Larry) of Chugiak, Alaska, Bradley Sando (April) of Omaha, NE and Darcy Herrin; and his brothers-in-law, Evan and Gary Moir of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
