She is survived by: her father Gaylan Clubb; her former husband Gary Kempf; her son Aaron Kempf; her husband Roy Neitzel; her son Junior Kempf (Baylee); her stepsons, Terry Van Dee and Mike Keister; her grandchildren, Dominic Kempf, Greyson Kempf and Evee Kempf; and her siblings, Troy Clubb and Trudy Clubb. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
