Marcella Jean Kapple Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Jean Kapple of Delta, Iowa, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Marcella Jean farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marcella Jean is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thomas and Margaret Wickenkamp Thomas; her husband Don Kapple; her son Randi; her daughter-in-law Connie; and her granddaughter Randi Jo O'Leary.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Kapple (Joy), Terry (Pam) and Nancy Rebori (Dante). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, as well as many other friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home (101 S Barnes St, What Cheer, IA 50268). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Garrett Cemetery.
