He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Carol Marie Mangler (Waugh); his sister Karen Mangler; and his parents-in-law, James Ingles and Betty Ingles Miller.
He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia "Patty" Nordmeyer of Ankeny, IA and Annette "Netter" Grimm (Keith) of Delmar, IA; his brother-in-law Jimmy Ingles of Maquoketa, IA; and his pet Nelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home Order Flowers (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060). A prayer was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
