It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia B. Costello (Delmar, Iowa), born in Elwood, Iowa, who passed away on December 13, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Jorgensen and Sophia Jorgensen (Jorgensen); her husband Cecil; her son Jerry Costello; her daughter-in-law Susan Costello; and her siblings, Elroy Jorgensen, Alvin Jorgensen and Cordelia Pape.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Costello (Patricia) of Ankeny, IA, Jim Costello (Mary) of Fairbank, IA, John Costello of Princeton, IL, Pat Costello (Sherri) of Clarksville, IN and Susan Kunde (Richard) of Baldwin, IA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
