He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd (Bill) and Charleen Floyd (Gray); and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Doris Cornish and Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Karilyn; his children, B. J. Floyd (Lynn) of Mackinaw, IL, Jennifer North (Ricke) of Plain City, OH, Julia Williams (Chad) of Chicago, IL, Chris Bowman (Bridget) of DeWitt, IA and Ellen Dice of Davenport, IA; and his grandchildren, Ainsley, Gabe Floyd, Anson Williams, Ella, Nora and Leo Bowman.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the DeWitt Evangelical Free Church.
