He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stender and Dorothy Stender (Lindstrom); his former wife Sandra Zumhof; and his brother Bill Stender. He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Dozier; his children, Brian Stender (Candy) of Kissimmee, Kelly Mordini (Greg) of Denver and Chris Stender (Wendy) of Delhi, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Josh Stender, Ashley Ignasiak (Michael), Madisen Stender, Nick Mordini, Alex Mordini, Zach Stender (Katie) and Mitch Stender.
