She was predeceased by: her husband Frank O'Connell Sr.; her children, Kenneth, Bob O'Connell and Margaret O'Connell; her granddaughter Amy Spahr; her parents, John Russ and Margaret Russ (Lahr); her parents-in-law, Tim and Kathryne O'Connell (Shields); and her siblings, John, Al Russ and Joan Marsh (Russ).

She is survived by: her children, Frank O'Connell (Carol) of Delhi, Sandy Kelchen (Marv) of Monticello and Jan O'Connell of Monticello; her daughter-in-law Lynne O'Connell of Delhi; her grandchildren, Ann Manson (Chad), Laura Mayer (BJ), Dan O'Connell (Amy), Cindy Motsinger, Nathan Spahr (Nicky), Brian Kelchen (Tia), Jessica Vanderploeg (Kyle), Brad O'Connell (Jamie) and Alex O'Connell (Sarah); her brother Bill Russ (Marcia); and her siblings-in-law, Janice Russ and Marvin Marsh. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.

All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
