James Edward Mote Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2023, at the age of 84, James Edward Mote of Delhi, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mote and Hazel Mote; his sister Barbara (Wallace Krouse); and his siblings-in-law, Harold, Minnie Daker, Daryl Daker (Francine) and Marlin Daker (Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Jill, Jay (Mary) and Jon (Katie); his granddaughters, Alexandra, Mia, Riley and Daisy; and his brother Kenneth (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Marine Corps.
