He is survived by: his wife Janice Stessman of Defiance, IA; his children, Larry Stessman (Deanna) of Defiance, IA, Patty Myers (Tom) of Earling, IA, Jane Sherrick (Bob) of Council Bluffs, IA and Roger Stessman of Mesa, AZ; and his siblings, Jeanette Bolamperti of Omaha, NE, Caroline Nykaza (Hank), Colleen Graeve (Larry), Joanie Gonzalez (Claudio), Denny Stessman (Cathy) of Omaha, NE and Duane Stessman (Jo) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
