He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Curry and Vera Curry (Grubb); his brother Keith (Mary); his sister-in-law Erma; his niece Lori; and his stepson Kenny.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Lou (Davis); his sons, Gary Dean and Scott Leroy; his wife Mary Ahrens (Grandstaff); his brother Ronald Curry; his sons, Gary Curry (Penny) and Scott Curry (Colleen); and his stepgrandchildren, Teresa Ziegenmeyer (Dan), William Ahrens (Janet), Russell Ahrens (Cathy) and Laura Hamlett (Jerry). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Deep River American Legion and to St. John Lutheran Church at Victor.
