Robert Sporrer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Sporrer of Dedham, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Bonita Sporrer (Heithoff); his daughters, Kerry and Kenzie Sporrer; his father John Sporrer; his parents-in-law, Vernon and Martha Rohe; his brother LaVern Sporrer; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Sporrer, Duane Rohe and Allen Rohe.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rohe; his children, Kyle Sporrer (Nikki) of Lisbon, IA, Jackie Mertes (Mike) of Dedham, IA and Melissa Sporrer of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Noah, Rylan, Aubrey, Harrison Sporrer, Caden, Blake, Madden and Ellasyn Mertes; and his siblings, Don Sporrer, Helen Wiederin (Ralph), Jim Sporrer (Kathy), Wayne Sporrer, Paul Sporrer (Bonnie), Doris Peterson (Ron), Dale Sporrer (Jan) and Dick Sporrer (Sharon). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, should one desire, memorials may be directed to Kuemper Catholic Schools Foundation or the St. Anthony Hospital Foundation both in Carroll, IA.
