He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Dean Thorstenson, Ralph, Ileen Sweeney, Donald Martin, Keith and Kathryn Jones.

He is survived by: his grandparents, Brian Sweeney of Waukon and Denise Sweeney of McGregor, IA; his great-grandparent Juanita Thorstenson of Waukon; his grandparents, Donna and Kris Jones of Ankeny, IA; his great-grandparent Dorothy Martin of Kansas; his aunts, Emily Dahlstrom (Bruce) of Waukon and Madison Jones of Des Moines, IA.; and his uncle Ben Sweeney of Waukon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in memory of Weston.
