With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Swinburn of Decorah, Iowa, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Swinburn; his grandparents, Paul, Pearl Snell, Thomas and Laverne Swinburn; his stepbrother Todd Holliday; and his in-laws, Charles, Gen Rude and Randy Rude (Batman).
He is survived by: his parent Thomas Swinburn; his wife Mary (Rude); his children, Tommy and Emily; his siblings, Kelley McCallum (Dennis) and Paul Swinburn (Kelley); his nephews, Brock Swinburn and Thomas McCallum (Madelyn); and his in-laws, Joan, Donn Smedsrud (family: Sue, Mike Halverson) and Jeff Rude (Nina Rivera). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
