She is survived by: her spouse Mick McGee; her grandchildren, Uriah Talbot, Erin Beard Wilson (Torrey), Tom Beard (Maren), Allan Talbot (Dakota), Jenny Talbot, Sam Beard (Jen), Parker Beard (Esther), Cameron McGee (Shellby), Tarik McGee (Angel) and Jesse McGee; her great grandchildren, Zane Boyle, Kyna Boyle, Audrey Wilson, Nora Wilson, Emma Talbot, Cora Talbot, James Wilson, Lewis Wilson, Wyatt Talbot, Fritz Beard, Simon Wilson, Margaret Beard and Caroline Beard; her siblings, Lee Smith and Rick Alspach; and her siblings-in-law, Nat McGee and Mary Ellen Rounds (Ted). She is also survived by her husband, 5 children and their spouses.
Jean requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Mayo Clinic Cancer Center in Rochester, MN for breast and bone cancer research or to Winneshiek Medical Center Hospice.
