He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Busta and Lorraine Busta (Dvorak); his sister Mary Ann Ott; his father-in-law Dean Stark; and his brothers-in-law, Jean Ott, Greg Stark and Larry Stark.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Stark; his children, Matthew Busta (Kelly) of Poulsbo, WA, Natalie Niedbalski (Chris) of Omaha, Carolyn Busta of Decorah and Sarah Reicks (Kelby) of Waucoma; his grandchildren, Annelise, Rosalie, Maisy, Owen, Isabelle and Baron; his siblings, Alice Kuennen (Robert) of Cedar Falls and James Busta (Rita) of Mountain Grove, MO; and his mother-in-law Helen Stark of Cresco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
