Shirley Leeper Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2021, at the age of 88, Shirley Leeper of Decorah, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her foster mothers, Vietnamese, Thien and Hieu Tran; her brother Ron Paasch; her sister-in-law Janet Jenkins; her children, Dr. Jeffrey Leeper (Janene) and Kristen Goedtke (Steven) of Colorado Springs, CO; her foster sons, Thien Tran and Hieu Tran; her grandchildren, Rachel Leeper, Jessica Goedtke Santillanes (Remington), Hannah Leeper, Ethan Leeper, Rebecca Goedtke, Miranda Goedtke, Jonathan Goedtke and Mikaela Goedtke; her great grandchildren, Jazzlynn Goedtke and Ivory Santillanes; and her nephews, Dr. Gary Mapes, Craig Mapes and Chris Paasch. She was also cherished by her parents, brother, children, and grandchildren as well as many friends.
