Sharon Boland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 77, Sharon Boland of Decorah, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Miller and Ruth Miller (Hansmeier). She is survived by: her husband James Boland; her children, Renee Boland (Ray Johnson) of Decorah, IA, Joan Burgart (Steve) of Summerfield, FL and Mark Boland (Linda) of Calmar, IA.; her grandchildren, Latasha Kovarik (Wayne), Samantha Swestka (Brian), Courtney Chapman (Curtis), Jordan Boland and Coleton Berg (Tina); her stepgranddaughters, Sierra Delance (Shawn) and Shanae Burgart; her siblings, Rhonda Cahoon (Kirby), Dennis Miller (Karla) and Clint (Frechie); her granddaughter Amanda Berg; her siblings, Janice Ramstad and Charles Miller; her parents-in-law, Fern Roffman (Eldo) and Vernon Boland (Ole); and her brother-in-law Larry Ramstad To. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
Sharon enjoyed camping, crocheting, trips up north fishing, spending time with family and friends (especially her grand and great – grandchildren) which the last year has been hard because of the pandemic.
