He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Ethel Sullivan; his wife Fran; and his siblings, Dorrance, Donald, Glen and Hazel.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Flickinger (Sullivan); his son-in-law Jon of Rochester, MN; his son Craig; his daughter-in-law Rebecca of Decorah; and his grandchildren, Karen, Kristen, Matthew, Paul, Andrew and Rachelle. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
