She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas Halverson of Decorah, IA and Donna Halverson; her former husband Jay Jermier; her children, Madelyn of Decorah, IA, Zachary of Decorah, IA and Blake of Decorah, IA; her stepchildren, Gerad Voltmer (Denise) and Anna Voltmer of Minneapolis, MN.; her siblings, Brent Halverson (Jill) of Waukon, IA, Dana Carolan (Mark) of Decorah, IA and Joel Halverson (Cyndi) of Choctaw, OK; her nieces and nephews, Leslie Halverson, Nathan Halverson, Ava Carolan, Gavin Carolan, Luke Halverson and Luci Halverson; her grandmother Geneva Halverson of Ossian, IA; her siblings, Michelle and Bradley; her grandparents, Walter, Gladys Lundy and Roland Halverson; her aunts and uncles, Judith Hovey, Dale, Norma Lundy and William Headington; and her cousin Scott Halverson.
In consideration of concerns regarding Covid-19 and everyone's well-being, a Memorial Service for Family and Close Friends will be held at 10:00 a. m. Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Decorah Lutheran Church with Rev. Peter Kowitz officiating.
