She is survived by: her daughter Lillian Welper (Potratz); her husband Homer Hjerleid of Decorah; her brothers, Ron Welper (Sharon) of Waterloo, IA and Wordean Welper (Janice) of Mabel, MN.; her children, Gavin Hjerleid (Julie) of Mallard, IA, Geoff Hjerleid (Kristin) of Byron, MN, Jolene Hjerleid (Peter Buchman) of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer Hjerleid of Los Angeles, CA and Garic Hjerleid of Decorah, IA.; her grandchildren, Gannon Hjerleid (Alex) of Tiffin, IA, Taylor Buch (Brandon) of Fairfield, IA, Logan Wall (Dave) of Mt. Pleasant, IA, Payton Hjerleid of Mallard, IA, Ian Hjerleid of Byron, MN, Avery Hjerleid of Byron, MN, Olivia Hjerleid of St. Paul, MN, Lillian Buchman of Los Angeles, CA and Benjamin Buchman of Los Angeles, CA.; her great grandchildren, Anastasia, Amelia Hjerleid, Ryker, Brylee Buch and Granger Wall; and her sisters, Caroline Weis (James) of Decorah, IA, Sandra Kittelson of Decorah, IA and Betty Wilson (Deane Steine) of Decorah, IA.
