It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Thompson (Decorah, Iowa), who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hanson and Minnie Hanson (Finholt); her husband Melvin Thompson; her son David Michael Thompson; and her siblings, Eileen Cross, Mavis Hanson and Leon Hanson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Hearn (Ray) of Livermore, CA and Karen Thompson of Decorah, IA; her grandchildren, Sarah Willits (Jeff) of Livermore, CA and David Benjamin Hearn of Livermore, CA; and her great grandchildren, Miles Willits and Garrett Willits of Livermore, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
