She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Forde and Ausilga Forde (Sorenson); her husband Kermit Hendrickson; and her siblings, Betty Mae Baccarini, Ralph, John and Richard Forde.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristin; her grandchildren, Steven, Loren, Neil, Karl, Brett, Angela, Kirsten, Leah, Eric, Hannah, Henry, Thomas and Maria Hendrickson; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Alex and Kyra Langwiser.
