He was predeceased by: his father David Reque. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Mazuk (Bernhard); his sisters, Julie Baker of La Crosse and Liz Reque of Florida; his niece Brittany Beranek; his nephew Kyle Beranek of La Crosse; and his stepfather Bill Mazuk (Bev) of La Crosse.
