He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Noecker and Milo Noecker; and his sister Margo Walsh. He is survived by: his siblings, Bettie Fox (Les), Bill Noecker and Suzanne Matter (John); and his brother-in-law Keith Walsh. He is also survived by nephew and several nieces.
Memorials may be given to Hesper Public Cemetery, and mailed to Fjelstul Funeral Home.
