She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Hoopmen and Georgie Ione Hoopmen (Kobriger); her husband Luverne; her brother Ron Hoopman; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Neste Calovich, Mardella Hoopman, Don Oujiri, Sherman Neste and Paul Neste.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul and Nancy Oujiri of Cedar Rapids; her sister-in-law Ingrid Neste of Decorah; her nieces and nephews, Mike Henry (Kathy), Paul Hoopman of Cedar Rapids, Jon Peterson (Anna) of Eagan, Minnesota, Michele Stefanick (Joe) of Ft. Myers and Kathy Rudolph of Cedar Rapids; and her great-nieces, Stephanie Henry and Samantha Conley. She is also survived by two great nephews; one great great niece; four great great nephews; and several cousins.
