She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Pearson and Florence Pearson; her sister-in-law Myrna Pearson; and her son-in-law Rob. She is survived by: her husband Ray Wahlberg; her friends, Minneapolis, Richfield, Kenyon, Northfield and Decorah; her brother Allan of Mansfield, MA; her children, Randy (Pam), Brad (Rhonda), Tom (Beth), John (Alice) and Kathy; her grandchildren, Barry (Sarah), Brady (Emily), Jenna (Eivind), Anders, Nick, Taylor, Annika and Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Sterling, Beau and Bennett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to either the Raymond E. and Marilyn Wahlberg Scholarship (Luther College), Pearson Memorial Scholarship (Luther College), First Lutheran Church, or Winn Med Hospice (Decorah, IA).
