She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Helmer and Isabeth Herbranson; her husband Richard Charles Kemple (Dick); her children, Migon Broadwater (Lynn) and Greg Kemple (Janet) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Michelle Broadwater Gappa (Zachary Gappa) of Rochester, MN, Michael Broadwater of West Concord, MN, Lindsay Nash (Paul) of Duluth, MN, Brittany Hayes (Joshua) of Surprise, AZ and Kristina Tran (Donald) of Rochester, MN; her stepgrandson Robert Stellick (Michelle) of Colorado Springs, CO; her great grandchildren, Cole Gappa, Grace Gappa, Keegan Guinee, Jordan Broadwater-Appleby, Harper Hayes, Oliver Tran and Hunter Tran; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Sophia Nash, Anna Stellick and Emily Stellick; her sister-in-law Joan Kemple of New Braunfels, TX; her siblings, Truman (Beth Tollefsrud), Gilman (Irene Tollefsrud), Charles (Lucille Tollefsrud), Donna (George Kruse), LuVerne (Raymond Hegland), Gloria (Bernie Lind), Florence (Milo Headington), Inga (Duane Halverson) and Delores (Robert Armstrong); and her siblings-in-law, Bernard Kemple and Mary Lou Shobe (Ronald Shobe). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
