She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacobson and Clara Jacobson (Kosbau); her husband Richard E. Holm; and her granddaughter Heather Lambrecht. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Musolf of Winona, MN and Karen Lambrecht (Dale) of Rochester, MN; her grandchildren, Keri Hubbard (Lambrecht), Kyle Musolf, Amanda Musolf, Dylan Lambrecht and Sammy Kouba; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Lambrecht, Addysin Hubbard, Blake Hubbard, Jayden Finlayson, Chloe Hubbard, Derek Hubbard, Kyson Musolf and Kamden Musolf.
