He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Dahle and Clara Inez Dahle (Albertson); his son Jan Allen Dahle; his stepgrandson Christopher Lucero; his sister Irene Schott (Garry); his sisters-in-law, Delores Rovang (Reuben) and Judy Hovden; his nephew Thomas Schott; and his niece Doreen Rovang.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Dahle of Decorah; his children, Lance Dahle of Decorah, Jolynn Pecinovsky (Gerald) of Protivin and Jenise Lucero (Daniel) of Oklahoma City; his grandsons, Jarod and Jordan; his stepgrandson Casey Lucero (Tracey); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Allerah, Michael, Logan and Aubree; and his brother-in-law Alton Hovden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
After moving to town, he was a senior volunteer with RSVP.
