She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Laubenthal and Helen Laubenthal; her husband Ken Krieger; her brother-in-law Herb Kaiser; and her siblings, Maurice Laubenthal and Irma Gindling.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Leaman (Mark Johnson) of Huxley, IA; her granddaughters, Kelly Leaman of Ames, IA and Mindy Schlader (Michael) of Waterloo, IA; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Addison and Emersyn Schlader; her sister Regina Kaiser of Algona, IA; her sister-in-law Marguerite Laubenthal of Algona, IA; her brother Merle (Jeanie Laubenthal) of Algona, IA; and her brother-in-law Glen Gindling of Waterloo, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in her name to the Mason City Parks System, where the family will be planting a tree in East Park in her memory.
