He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest and Evelyn (Strinmoen); and his grandson Miles. He is survived by: his sons, Jay Charles of Placitas, NM and Adam Nicholas of Los Angeles, CA; his close friend Vern; his grandchildren, Abiah, Nikolas and Evelyn Kroshus; his siblings, Vickie Kroshus of Richfield, MN and Bruce Kroshus (Margo) of Oronoco, MN.; and also, Joseph Whitaker (Doris) of Atlanta, GA, Milton Whitaker (Portia) of Durham, NC, Lorenza Whitaker (Veronica) of Warrensburg, MO and Dennis Whitaker (Janet) of Halifax, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
