He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Falck (Cassel) and Arlin Falck; his wife Marilyn Streetman; his nephew John Brett Sovern; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Sovern and John George Polulach.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Sovern; his niece Lindsey Urbanek (Matthew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gray Declan Urbanek and Sylas John Urbanek; and his close friends, Carleton Haugen, Rich Svenson, Jim Ehrie and Bob Kruse.
