He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Mae Digre; his children, Cheryl Satterfield (Jim) of Calmar, IA and Steven Andersen (Lori); his grandchildren, Erin Fletcher (Jason), Sharon Der (Roger) and Steven II Andersen (Diosa) of Chula Vista, CA.; his great grandchildren, Ava Mae Fletcher, Kaila, Kyron, Kayleena Andersen, John and Nikolas Valadez; his son Brian; his parents, Nels Andersen and Leona Andersen (Lawrence); his stepfather Alf Schneberger; his stepbrother Don Schneberger (Louise); his parents-in-law, Arnold and Thelma Digre; and his brother-in-law Dave Digre.
In Lieu of flowers the family would like memorials in Ed's name to the Good Samaritan Society, 400 Hardin Dr., Postville, IA 52162 Edward Walter Andersen was born on October 8, 1933 the son of Nels Peter Andersen and Leona May (Lawrence) Andersen in Geneva, IL.
