Duane Larson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Larson of Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Southwick Larson and Marjorie Larson (Sweet); his siblings, Nope, Dorothy Williams of Northwood, IA., Marcella (Bert Hauge), Lorraine (Frank Kasik), Louise (Marle Haugebak), Merle (Dean Statzer), Bud Williams, Norman Larson and Norita Carrigan; and his siblings-in-law, Leonard, Kate Sorenson, Lester Sorenson, Bud Jacobson, Elmer, Charlotte Sorenson and Arnold Sorenson.
He is survived by: his daughter Arlene; his wife Arlene Sorenson; his daughters, Jacqueline (Steve Pearce), Patricia (Steve Wood) and Tracy (Wayne Dostal); his grandchildren, Tyler Dostal, Carolynn Wood, Okinawa and Cody; and his siblings-in-law, Edna Jacobson, Marilyn Beard (Jay), Gerry Sorenson, Cindy Larson of Decorah and Dale Sorenson (Connie).
